The "Mare & Rocce" residential complex is a facility located in the seaside resort of the same name, which is about 5 km from Olbia. The Belvedere residential complex is located on a plot of land of about 4 hectares. Located in the municipality of Olbia, in the locality of Pittulongu, is located in a panoramic position, a few steps from the provincial road Olbia/ Golfo Aranci, about 800 meters from the sea and 5 km from Olbia, with enchanting views of the sea starting from the lido of Pittulongu, embraces the islands of Tavolara and Figarolo until you reach the port of Golfo Aranci.
The design, entrusted to Architect Gottardo Virdis, had nature as the main protagonist, by virtue of the terrain rich in Mediterranean vegetation, the immense and splendid panorama, and the overlooking position towards the long beaches with fine white sand. Rocks, granites and Mediterranean essences combine with structural elements and construction finishes of the same stone. The wooden trusses will have as an ornamental complement aged paints that recall the typical style of Costa Smeralda buildings. The creation of pathways attached to green spaces and recreational places such as the area reserved for the swimming pool, create the right friendly and serene atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. All this, with respect for nature and careful research and selection of construction technologies and choice of materials.
The project is divided into four functional segments: the last building intervention, has a predominant location with splendid panoramic views toward a crystal clear sea as well as proximity to the beautiful beaches of Shark, Pelican and the Playa.
