“Belvedere” village

The Belvedere residential complex rises from a lot of land of approximately 4 hectares overall. It is located at a panoramic point in the Municipality of Olbia, in the Pittulongu district. Walking distance from the Olbia/Golfo Aranci provincial road, it is approximately 800 meters from the sea and 5 km. from Olbia. It offers an enchanting view over the sea that, flowing from the Pittulongu shore, embraces the islands of Tavolara and Figarolo until reaching the port of Golfo Aranci.

Architect Gottardo Virdis’s design for the complex is inspired by nature, thanks to the terrain rich in Mediterranean vegetation, the immense and splendid panorama, and the favorable position near the long beaches with their fine white sand. Rocks, granite and Mediterranean woods are united with structural elements and the finishing of the stone itself. The wooden roof trusses have antiqued color as an ornamental complement, recalling the typical construction style of the Emerald Coast. The walkways along green spaces and recreation areas, as well as the area reserved for the pool, create the perfect friendly and tranquil atmosphere for a vacation in complete relaxation. All this is accomplished with respect for nature and an attentive search and selection of construction technology and materials.

The project is articulated in four functional levels, three of which have already been completed and sold; the fourth, in its conclusion phase, will consist of forty residential units. This latest construction project has a prime location with respect to the other three already built, with a splendid panoramic view of the crystalline sea in addition to its proximity to the lovely beaches of Squalo, Pellicano and Playa.
